General information

I only process personal data as far as necessary to operate this website and to provide my services.

In general, using this website is possible without providing personal data. If personal data is collected on this website -  e.g. in case you use the contact form and enter your name and telephone number and email address - this is always on a voluntary basis.

I do not pass on any data you have submitted or I have collected in the context of a treatment. Should the disclosure be necessary for medical reasons, this will only be done with your consent.

Contact form data

If you provide data via the contact form on the bottom / contact.html, your data will be stored in order to process the request and in order to answer any questions that might arise. All entries made via the contact form will only be used for the purpose of dealing with your request. The data will not be used for further evaluations or for advertising purposes.

Hence, the processing of the data entered into the contact form is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal email to me is sufficient for such a revocation. The legality of the data processing until such a revocation has been received remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will be stored  until you request me to delete it, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage is omitted (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory requirements - especially mandatory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Please be informed that data transmission via the Internet (for example, when communicating via email) may have security issues. If you would like to send me particularly sensitive data, please call me first, so that we can jointly agree on a safe way for the data transfer.

Information, blocking, deletion

You have the right to receive free of charge information on your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing. If necessary, you also have the right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. For further questions about personal data you can contact me at any time at the address provided in the imprint.

Server log files

The provider of my website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits when the page is accessed. These are:

• Browser type and browser version
• Used operating system
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

This data will not be merged with other data sources.
